The first of many “wine & dine” nights @ Simple! We can’t wait for this special event.

  • 4 drink tickets to try our summer wines (additional tickets available the night of) with recommendations by guest sommelier from Foley Family Wines

  • Unlimited sushi, made in house by local chef (all seafood fresh caught and sourced sustainably), cucumber salad, and dessert, to pair with each wine

  • Bottles of wine available for purchase and access to our full catalogue of wines!

• “Spritz Hour” from 5-6

  • Arrive early for a complimentary spritz (ticket purchase required) from our summer menu

• Dinner begins at 6

  • Explore our summer wines with the guidance of our guest sommelier taking over the bar and Chef Jenny Hines creating signature sushi rolls in the kitchen (gf/veg/vegan options available). Dessert will be available afterwards with espresso service upon request.
